HILI Privacy Policy

HILI Technologies and Innovation Ltd ("Hili", "we", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information across the hilicare.com website, the online management dashboard, the Hili mobile app for iOS and Android, the TV display system for facilities, and our API and backend services.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly, such as your full name, email address, phone number, profile picture, encrypted login credentials, and your role and associated facility. Information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser and operating system version, device identifier, network connection details and server logs.
How we use your information
To provide the service: managing user accounts, operating the system and the facility, coordinating events and activities, managing menus and kitchen services, internal communication between staff and families, and displaying content on facility screens.
Sharing with third parties
We use service providers including Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting), Firebase (analytics and push notifications) and Google Analytics (traffic analysis, loaded on our website only after you consent to cookies). We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information for marketing purposes, and no mobile information is shared or sold to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Security and retention
All communication is encrypted with SSL/TLS, authentication supports multi-factor authentication, stored data is encrypted, and we run encrypted backups and 24/7 monitoring. We keep personal information only as long as your account is active, the service requires it, or the law requires it. For example, technical logs are kept for 12 months and analytics data for 26 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email office@hilicare.com. We handle requests within 30 days. Our services are not intended for people under 18.
